Val Canale valley tradition in every dish

Once a week, we organize a special dinner with regional dishes to give you a taste of our traditions and make you fully enjoy your holiday in the Friuli region.
Vegetarian, for children, for celiacs: you can pick the menu that best fits your needs!  

We want our guests to be pampered so we care for their eating habits and food intolerances. We pay careful attention to the preparation and handling of gluten-free food, avoiding contamination risks.

The Restaurant

Every evening you can also choose traditional dishes from our menu, which are paired with excellent wines from the Friuli region. We really would like you to taste the specialties offered by our region, so in every season you will find seasonal products grown in the Val Canale area.

Pizzeria Gilu’s has been opened recently, and it offers delicious pizza cooked in the wood-fired oven. The pizza dough is made by Gianluca who lets it rise for 48 hours. The result is a light and highly digestible pizza with high-quality ingredients.

The cellar: our wines and beers.

Experts say nothing is healthier than a glass of good wine with meals. Our cellar can offer wines from renowned wine producers of Friuli Collio area, but also craft beers produced in the heart of Friuli Dolomites by experienced brewers who turn their passion into art.
